Learn is already complete to win another battle from what we learn from the lesson.
I add one more music because I remember one catholic brother saidEvery day at 7pm to 8pm, he jogging in the park. He fold his hand walk and think about , mostly about life, and
god and himself or his day.
Last night, may be one day after Ash wednesday, I also practice such free thinking, it helps for learning to achieve next goal.
March is the third month, it also remind me I had a plan in last december, now it is 3 months after my plan.
